Rock Climbing
There are various cracks in Wolf Rock that lead down to further earth. These crevices are ideal for
mountain climbing and inspire a sort of caving.

Fortunately for many families with little ones, Wolf Rock is not a long hike up to the top. It is steep
in places, but offers rocks for help. Bringing little ones up and down can be quick and easy.
The view on-top of the rock isn’t your typical mountain overview of woods and streets. However,
the view is grassy and the climber is eye-level with the forest trees.
It is peaceful and fulfilling for the soul.
Nearby hikes include Chimney Rock, Hog Rock, Catoctin Mountain, and Cunningham Falls.
